Sylvester the owner is the best Mercedes mechanic on the west side, he could diagnose my problems just from my e- mail! I talk to several auto mechanics but they all didn’t know what it was! He knew right away.
Since the windshield wiper motor was working my extended warranty didn't cover the service from the Honolulu Mercedes Dealership, so I decided to take it to CS Eurocars in Kapolei. Excellent service and super professional, will definitely be using them to service our Mercedes and recommend them to anyone on O'ahu, Hawaii. The owner not only repaired the windshield wiper fluid pump problem. He showed me and me daughter the issue, flushed out the entire reservoir with slug type substance (a lot) clogging the pump. Finished in less than 20 minutes, and what's even crazier, he didn't charge me a cent, even though I tried to pay him for his excel... Rare mechanic shops like CS Eurocars are hard to find, so if you have a Mercedes in Hawaii on O'ahu, I HIGHLY recommend this company. The Honolulu Mercedes dealership told me that it would cost $250 to diagnose and additional costs for the repair.
Sylvester, offers excellent service and good advice. I have 2002 Mercedes S55 I had him diagnoses some concerns I had and told me exactly what is needed and cost.
