Today, I took in my film camera from the 50s to see if it needed to be serviced or cleaned since I didn't inspect it before I bought it. They took a look at it and said everything looked great and no changes were needed. They did a thorough job, and when I asked how much, they said it was good. I really appreciate them taking the time to inspect it and giving their honest opinions about it. Thank you for your wonderful service.
I would give them 10 stars if I could! I foolishly left my digital camera on top of my car after a hike and drove away - it still worked, but froze up when I tried taking a picture. They fixed it for a very reasonable price, even though the part was backordered and took a few months to arrive. In the meantime, they fixed all the scratches, scrapes, and dents and made the camera look brand new - I actually double-checked the serial number to make sure they hadn’t just replaced it with a new one! And as a bonus, Debbie is an absolute delight to chat with. I can’t thank y’all enough.
An excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was great and my camera was repaired within two weeks. I drove 1.5 hours and I would do it again! Highly recommend!
Brought in my Yashica MAT LM that i had bought online in non-working condition and the technician fixed it right up. The lady at the counter was Wonderful to talk to and the technician knew exactly what he was doing. Id give more stars if i could
