Alan Cruz is the WORST person to hire. Alan will sell you the world. He says his skills are great and that he will be managing the project, but the truth is the complete opposite. Alan subs out the work to “his guys” who he pays a piece rate to and he DOES NOT manage his guys. To this day, I still have three different color grouts on my stone that Alan refuses to even come look at. He sent “his guys” to make numerous other repairs/corrections and does not even walk after they make the repairs. I watched Alan pay them cash in front of my house on one of these “repairs days” and hop back in his truck and drive away. I called him if he wanted to...Alan Cruz is the WORST person to hire. Alan is present on the days he is picking up money from you, but all of the other work days he is missing in action. He hit my gate, ran over one of my trees, I showed him that the tire treads on the ground match his truck exactly, and he said “that could have been anyone”, even though it was in my back yard where only him and I drive and it do not match my truck tires. I let “his guys” borrow my trailer so the could have all of the old windows and doors that we replaced, they drove it on a toll road and said nothing about it. Many stones were installed crooked. Still to this day I have crooked stone, and the precast trim around the doors and windows. It is terrible! One day I drove up and seen the stone next to the front door was all crooked, Alan happened to be there because it was a “Money Pick Up Day”, I said Alan, the stone is crooked, and bad”, he said, “do you want me to the guys fix it?”, I said, what do you think? They finished for the day, and did not fix the stone. Alan has been a nightmare to work with. I paid him almost $80,000 in cash, so that helped him and “his guys” out on taxes for sure, but Alan does not manage his projects, does not do things the right way, and does just enough to get the job to a point he can try to sell as complete. Do not hire this guy.

I hired Cruz Stucco to finish my entire house, I cannot speak highly enough about Alan and his crew, the speed and accuracy with which they worked was unparalleled. His guys where quick, clean and respectful of our neighbors, I would recommend Cruz Stucco in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up for professionalism and speed.

STOP spending hours and days of your life having multiple companies come out for your project estimate. You only have to make one phone call and talk with Alan Ruiz (the owner) and all your concerns and frustrations will go away!! We had no less than 7 bids for our job. A couple lower than his but many over. The reason we chose Cruz Stucco is because he knows the right answers to the questions. Has a 2 yr warranty on his work and will absolutely NOT do stucco over siding. Make no mistake about it. This is something you want to have a professional crew handle and these guys are the best I’ve seen. Stop thinking about it and make it happen. You won’t be sorry you’ve made the choice to go with stucco for your largest investment or using Cruz Custom Stucco for the work!!! Hands down the best in the business!!

Top notch! Alan and his team did a fantastic job on our home. Completely stripped the old siding and replaced it with a base coat of cement and an acrylic top coat. The project came together without a hitch. Pricing was very competitive and the workmanship was/is excellent. The timeline that Alan quoted me was right on. I highly recommend Cruz Custom Stucco & Plastering!!
