For the past few years I have trusted Crutcher's Auto Repair with taking care of any repairs I have needed with my vehicle. Their customer service is exceptional. I have never felt pressured about having extra repairs done early only informed of future issues or concerns. I love the care and service I get at Crutchers. It's a safe space to go for car repair as a woman - they have never once talked down to me, gaslighted me, tried to upsell me, tried to confuse me with a bunch of jargon, etc. I always feel respected when I go there. They keep it real, they're honest, they'll take you back and show you what they're seeing with your vehicle, discuss options, etc. They're also really great at working with my schedule - since dropping off and leaving my car isn't always an option, I've never had a problem with booking one appointment for the diagnostics and another for getting the work done.
