Crump's Stove Chimney Supply Company, specifically Ken, is amazing. I get my pellet stove serviced every year and am always impressed with the work. Most recently I called because my pellet stove wouldn't turn on. Ken did some research and came the next day. He did some troubleshooting and found and fixed the problem. Ken is kind, extremely fair, very upbeat, professional, and goes above and beyond. I really can't say enough about how fabulous this company is!
