I can't speak for the quality of the work they do because they didn't do any work for me, but if it's remotely near the level of honesty and integrity they demonstrated, it'll be fantastic. I had a hole in my tub that needed repair, but when reached out to them, they respectfully declined because the hole was a bit large and they wanted to be able to stand by their work. They gave advice on how it could be fixed (even by me), and said that was my best bet when I inquired about other options that could've brought them business. This level of character is why they will be my first stop when I do need their services. We had our tub reglazed by Crown on 12/17/25 and are so glad we did. David was very professional, respectful of our home and did a great job! We use it everyday and it looks better than when it was new! Highly recommend them. And glad we added the non-slip option to the bottom, so much safer than the way it was before.
