Crimson Copper Plumbing

Our home was built in the 1940's and we need professional plumbing work from time to time. We have used Crimson Copper several times over the years, and as recently as the time of writing this review. They are responsive, professional, and they bring attention to detail and and obvious pride in their high quality work. Crimson Copper is an outstanding example of how you would expect a small, independent business to operate. The are legit pros and we heartily recommend them!

EXCELLENT service! Mike came out due to our water softener seeming to not be working correctly. He was honest with the situation to where I just told him to replace it. We are on a well system so he explained some things that he would do differently to improve my water quality, compared to the new construction equipment we had in. It all checked out and made perfect sense. the install crew came out timely and with a call ahead letting me know they were on their way which was really helpful. Crimson Copper was fantastic to work with! They were honest, trustworthy, and not pushy at all when explaining options. Their response time was very quick and the turnaround time on the work was great. I really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely continue to use them for all future plumbing needs!

Everyone was wonderful! Brady came out and walked me through all my options. Mike communicated via email multiple times patiently while I changed my mind on plans. Their pricing was very fair and when we asked how we could stay under a certain budget they were willing to allow us to do some of the prep/finish work to save money. The day of work was supposed to be a full day project. Everything went off without a hitch and by 2pm they were cleaning up even short one guy. Everyone was so friendly. Years after their original work, we had a main drain break that turned into an insurance claim and some room restoration. This company honored their work without hesitation and guided us through every step—clear communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Their integrity was impeccable, and because of their follow‑through, we truly got our house (and life) back together. Highly recommend to anyone who values honesty and craftsmanship.
