During 3 years of being with CIA, my alarm system went off several nights. The last time it went off at 4 am, for no reason. I contacted the company to discontinue my service.. I'm elderly and have severe anxiety issues. A very rude individual, who answered when I called in the morning, told me it could not be disconnected by the company due to a 5 year contract I supposedly signed. The person I spoke to was extremely abusive and even called me names. I requested the owner to contact me, which he has not. To this date, not one person from this company has contacted me, to inform me that they can not monitor my system, because it's not wor... CIA is an amazing company to work with. We have used their services since we bought our house in 2004. Over the years, as with all companies, we have had issues come up and John and his team are always attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend CIA if you are looking for security comfort.

I called in for IT support for my elderly father and I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at the exceptional help that I received from a young man named Tyler. Not only was he the kindest and sweetest young man, but he spoke to me in terms that I would understand, (which I am very grateful for). I must say, I wasn't expecting this type of wonderful service in these times we live in now, but thanks to this young man, I have a sense of restored faith. Thank you Tyler!

We are extremely please with the CIA. Everyone I have spoken with or had contact with are professional and helpful. You have been able to send someone out almost immediately every time. The technician arrives in a timely manner and get usually figures out the issue quickly. All contact is professional. The product has been great. Once we figured out a few of the camera issues (it was a challenge and all were a delight putting up with my calls) we have had no issues. In a few years, we will be looking to replace our door alarm system and you will be the first company I call. If you need a recommendation or testimony, I will be happy to pro...
