We give CRG Roofing and Siding our highest recommendation for the complete siding job they just finished on our house. They are completely professional from start to finish. Carlo came to our house to advise us on the best solutions to replace our siding. He left us with a ton of physical samples and also took pictures of our house and emailed us mock-ups of what various colors would look like on our house. He also gave us a couple completed jobs so that we could see the colors in real life, rather than just what our computer screens could translate. After we made our decision, we then worked with Brandie to guide us through the actual process choice of materials, scheduling and answering any questions that popped up throughout the job. We were very happy with the job foreman, Elbin, and his crew. They showed up exactly on time and worked steadily and efficiently all day until completion. Elbin helped us with some last minute choices that we hadn't considered and we are grateful for that! Probably the best recommendation that I can give for CRG Roofing and Siding is that we will also use them to replace our roof!

Jay Lemasters is honest, patient and experienced. He works with you respectfully and not pushy or demanding. He explains how his company would work with the insurance company and claim adjuster to meet your needs. CRG was recommended to me from a neighbor to replace my roof and am I glad I followed up with them. From the first call to the last followup call to make sure everything was to my expectations, everyone was professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable working with them. They are honest, have fair pricing, and do fantastic work. The estimate I received was the price. I have a larger roof and they sent enough people to complete the job in one day. They thouroghly cleaned up. These people know what they are doing and they do it very well. I can recommend them with full confidence that they will do a great job. From the very beginning, working with Brandi was a delight. She was prompt in getting me my quote and contract quickly and efficiently. What can I say about Erik? He was wonderful to work with from the estimate all the way through completion. He was prompt, professional and made sure any mess created during the job was throughly cleaned up. We hired CRG to do a full replacement for the roof of my mother's house, and it was a fantastic experience. Communication is one of the most important things for me, and the communication from Carlo, Dieter, and Brandie was great. Carlo walked us through all of our options, how to deal with insurance, where we should spend money and where it was ok to pull back. You can tell that Carlo has deep knowledge of this industry, and Dieter and Brandie kept us informed on scheduling and worked with us to find a day that worked for both me and my mother. The roof replacement itself was quick and thorough! The team fully inspected the roof deck and replaced any areas that were water damaged. The installation of the new roof was efficient and high quality, and they stand behind their work with a long term warranty. I also want to give CRG kudos for the cleanup. My mother's neighborhood has a VERY strict HOA, and after the install I didn't find any building materials/nails/etc left on the property. The cleanup was immaculate. Overall, CRG is my new go-to for roof and gutter work. Carlo and team are professionals and experts who understand the entire process, from claims to installation, and I found them to be very honest and upfront throughout the entire process, from planning to payment. Highly recommended!

I think 4.5 stars is suitable but there is no 0.5 increments. Staff has prompt communication, fair prices, and professional work. Workers carry themselves professionally. Everything appears to be up to building code standards by providing necessary structural improvement without going overboard on additional work beyond originally scoped work estimate. A very verbose contract was made but I don't know if you'll need to disscuss details prior to its creation for the verbosity to show up on the contract. For example I talked about deck board replacements, extra layer tear offs, drip edges, underlayment, etc... so all of this found its way on the contract. I just don't know if it would be there by default. So, make sure to talk about these things. Cleanup was good. There was only a few pieces to pick up myself which is a reasonable expectation. Scheduling takes forever (long waits from contract date to install date) but is flexible. I don't know the industry standard time frame from agreement to install date but for me it was about a month. For the roof itself, I'm confident in their work that I won't have issues for 15+ years. Beforehand, I had my interior ceiling collapse due to water damage and several leaks in the garage. The challenge with this property was low-sloped areas. I think they did a good job in these areas. Staff knows how to work on overcast days. They take a safety and workmanship pause if it starts raining. They tarp before pausing. They return after adequate drying has occurred. They also work late days if they need to work on a roof over multiple days so that they can make sure your roof is weather sufficient for the night (i.e. secondary roofing material--deck armor). They finished right on time before a storm hit, so I'd say their planning takes guts but it worked. It poured as soon as they completed the job. It was literally perfect timing. Oh, and they drop a sign in your yard but I think that's a default strategy by all roofers. Never told me anything about it so I'm sure you can yank it out whenever you want (i.e. no agreement attached to it), so I'm going to pull it after I feel like they got their well-deserved exposure. I'm leaving before photos (where you can see the damaged state of the old roof) and the new roof.
