Kevin, Was very knowledgeable and very professional. He gave us really good information about what is going on with our issues about plumbing. We are going to call the company to repair our sewage problem, we are going to request him to do the work!!! He went above and beyond. We thank him.
I called many plumbing companies and they were all answering services. Kevin answered immediately and had me scheduled that day. He was great, prompt and very nice and took the time to discuss everything with us.
My name is Ida Duncan. I called Crew Plumbing & Drain about a issue with my hot water heater and they sent Kevin Tisdale to my home to assist me. Mr. Tisdale was very professional with excellent customer service and was able to diagnose and fixed my issue quickly. I will be recommending Crew Plumbing & Drain to all of my family members and friends.
