While they don't do warranty work on my particular computer, Heath spent 30 minutes with me on the phone offering possible fixes to a recurring problem I'm having. My computer is, at this time, working ok, but the problem will likely recur at which time I will try some of his suggestions. Whether they work or not, just his willingness to spend the time to try to help me was impressive, especially because it was free advice. Most people would have just said sorry, can't help, and goodbye. Based on my limited experience with them, I would highly recommend them.

We had an unexpected motherboard failure on a relatively new Lenovo device that was still under warranty. After calling Lenovo support, I was informed that CreekPointe is a local product service provider. I reached out to them and was able to speak with a Help Desk Engineer the same day and set up a service appointment to have my device repaired and back to operation. The service was quick, the communication was thorough and clear, and the people I interacted with, including the company leadership, were all very kind, professional, and relational. We will definitely be working with them again for product support needs.
