CSB were great from the first phone call to the finish of the install. EXCELLENT customer service; willing to work with you on the level of your needs and affordability, and when it came to install their guys were dialed in and polite. Hassle-free process from start to finish. I worked with Terrell Ward for the estimate and work-up, and with Oliver Vasquez and his crew for the installation. Be careful with the sales team's "Manager Specials." We were told a $9,700 quote was the exact same work as a previous $18,600 estimate. Now that it's cold, we realized the sales rep, Ashley, removed the closed-cell spray foam insulation from the order without telling us. The old insulation was removed but not replaced with a thermal barrier. Now the first floor is freezing. It is a shame, the sales office was not transparent. We need the crawlspace insulated under the price we paid, since that was the agreement on the phone. The work manager and crew were excellent, hard-working, and very professional.
Highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers! In one day, they transformed our crawl space from a junk filled, mildewy mess that we never could use into a clean, protected space where we can store things. Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly.
