Great communication. Liked that I could text and promptly received an answer. Very knowledgeable. My computer was fried and I appreciated she took the time to find me a comparable replacement... which I immediately purchased and had her 'redo' everything on to it! I called Diane with a computer issue and even though she didn’t end up servicing my computer directly, she was incredibly helpful over the phone. The fact that she actually answered the phone right away already set her apart, that’s rare these days with small businesses. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her tech! I really appreciated that she took the time to guide me and help me decide what to do next. I also love supporting hometown, woman owned businesses! I’ve saved her number and will definitely be using her services in the future.
