They have custom built and maintained two top of the line race bikes for me (best of the best) as well as done work on my other bikes. Everything always exceeds expectations and the security of knowing I’m riding a safe and immaculately maintained bike is priceless. They have something for every kind of rider, but if you want the best MTB service and sales, you’ll get it there for sure.

I just popped in to fix my gear shifter, which ended up being gunked up from sitting my TacX stationary stand. I ended up walking out with a sweet new bike and two new buddies, Luke and Conner. It is so nice to have a new bicycle shop, because I have been going to other shops 15 miles away after dealing with local shops.

I normally go to Piermont to geek out or Danny’s if I need something done asap, Crank Cycles is literally down the street from me. The shop is a one-man operation, and the owner is one of the nicest guys. I asked about acquiring a Scott Foil, but he couldn't find one, actually no one on the East Coast has any. I was able to get a Foil from a different shop and had it shipped to me and I brought it into Crank Cycles, the owner was genuinely stoked for me and chatted with me about his own Scott Addict and the differences between the two bikes. Unfortunately, on my first ride I busted a tube and I needed it replaced. I went to the shop right before it opened (11:00am) and the owner kindly took my bike and replaced the tube quickly even with a sprain wrist. Pricing was 100% fair and again the owner is super nice and cool. I ordered a powered crank, and I am without a doubt bringing it to Crank Cycles to have him do the work.

Before coming here the last bike I bought was a Dyno Comp in ‘94 when. In other words I am totally green to modern bikes and mountain biking. But after some good experiences renting at Killington my 7 yo son and I were ready to dive in. The guys at Crank were and have been absolutely awesome. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, supportive, hardworking, and honest. When I was looking for a bike I was trying to not break the bank which is easy to do with someone lacking knowledge and experience like me. They could’ve easily swayed me to something more expensive than I wanted to spend, but instead were super patient and honest in guidin...Before coming here the last bike I bought was a Dyno Comp in ‘94 when. If you’re looking for a top notch shop that you can walk in and out of feeling confident about this is where you need to go.
Thanks bros!

Needed a repair while on a ride near Crank Cycles. They did a great job noticed a couple of other small items that needed attention. They asked if I wanted those to addressed even though they were quite busy. I gave the go ahead and now my bike rides like new. There were also some other "wear and tear" fixes (chain, casssette) that would require attention soon. Next month, I'll go out of my way to leave my bike so they can address the other items. They also were very helpful with a discussion of a possible replacement since my Diverge A1 is defintely aging.
