We have used CR Appliances once before on our refrigerator, they did a great job, this is the second time we’ve used them for our cooktop. The repair man Alexis was a true professional he showed on time, took time in examining the problem, showed us what needed to be replaced, said, he could fix it, ordered the part, only asked for half down in payment, several days later the office scheduled an appointment and Alexis fixed our cooktop. This company really is professional and I highly recommend them.

CR Appliance Repair did not deliver the service they promised. The repair was poorly handled and far below professional standards. I would advise others to be cautious before choosing this company.
