five stars immediately. tori and james are the absolute best and such a delight. i made my appointment an hour before closing (on accident) to get my cell screen repaired and they had my phone fixed within thirty minutes. closing soon or not, i could tell they take pride in their work and are efficient at what they do. i was greeted with friendly smiles immediately which isn’t something i look for or expect but i notice when it’s done. i want to be friends with tori and james outside of their work place. from a five second interaction you can tell who they are - good company with genuine and honest souls. im lowkey hoping my screen breaks aga... Great customer service, and honest people. My google pixel book just died on me and the employee who helped me was honest and straightforward, WE decided that the laptop wasn’t worth fixing. That saved me $110 alone. Very personable and they care. I wouldn’t take my problem with NAY electronic device anywhere else. Thank you ALL 5 STARS!!!!

They were able to diagnose and fix my laptop within 24 hours with no additional cost besides the diagnostic fees. Would recommend to anyone who needs their laptop or pc fixed.

Great service from the team at CPR! I have a pretty new Samsung Z Flip 7. It took a couple days to get the new screen in - and waiting a couple days saved me $300 from the only place in town that had one in stock. The staff was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I highly recommend CPR for your phone repairs!

Super knowledgeable staff. Didn't beat around the bush, told me what was wrong with my phone and helped start my claim to get my phone replaced. I will be using them again. Whom ever was working on the 3rd of Feb, at this store good job, you've got a customer for life
