They were great for helping diagnose a problem with my new laptop. They were able to fix the back panel of it with no trouble. I was able to do the major repair on my own but they pointed me in the right direction!

Fast, professional service! After diagnosing a dead power supply we proceeded with the repair, a 850w Cooler Master. The install was super clean, my HP Omen 30l is back to business. I'll definitely use them again, very friendly staff too :)

I was treated very professionally. CPR did a thorough job of examining my laptop and did NOT recommend completing expensive repairs that would have been beyond the value of the laptop. I would contact CPR again.
