My CPI tech Livan exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the entire system in a clear and reassuring way. He arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and truly showed that he cared about my concerns. I was extremely impressed with how thorough the explanation was and how smoothly everything was completed. Outstanding service! I highly recommend such an amazing tech.

We moved into our new home and purchased a vivint security system and replaced it with cpi. Lets just say we left "really not good" to "it sucks". Cpi response time and monitoring system is on point, the equipment is something that belongs on an apartment only, not a house. The cameras are through wifi and they suck they should be hard wired so the delay and lag is gone. we paid cpi for the 24-7 memory cards on all of our outside cameras. Now let's fast forward some years to when I called animal control on my neighbor for allowing his dog to bark all night. I went to access my 24-7 recording options on my computer, went back to 10pm when I know the dog was barking, no audio can be heard on any days of my stored recordings. At this point Im not happy especially after being told we had the state of the art alarm system. I contacted cpi for them to just tell me they have audio on the movement clips only and no audio on the 24-7 recordings at all. Well that would have been nice to know when I spent all of this money. Next up is the doorbell camera. It sucks a dip stick bad. The response time to talk to people is nonexistent, by the time my camera connects the people are gone. Now the latest problem since the equipment is paid off is the door bell 2 way audio is gone completely. I can't hear or speak through the doorbell. We contacted cpi several times, each time cpi arrived they replaced the door bell with another one that sounds like an old walkie talkie from back in the day. Moral of this story. Buy cpi monitoring panel and window sensors and glass break and garage door opener everything else is trash 🗑 for a home owner. Home owners purchase your own doorbell and a cctv/ Nvr system off Amazon with 8 cameras then add an 4tb hdd, then have geek squad install it. This will save you so much wasted money on covering a large property. Sams club wired nvr system is better than cpi and you get more hig end cameras. Im in the process of replacing cpi equipment right now starting with the doorbell.
