Cowboy Fence and Iron Co.

Needed a small section of fence added with a gate. Top-to-bottom great experience and a good price. Now the rest of my old fence looks like cardboard in comparison but at least I know who I'll get to upgrade it eventually

Kyle and Cowboy Fence were fantastic. He came out to our house to check and measure everything for our fence work and then sent our bid very quickly. Pricing was extremely fair and although it was a busy time for them his forecasted date for beginning work was right on the money - they actually contacted us a few days earlier than expected and were able to get to our job. The workers were polite and conscientious and did great work. They had to install posts on our neighbors side of the fence and were very respectful of our neighbors and their yard as well. I highly recommend Kyle and Cowboy Fence for any jobs. I also like that they are based right around the corner from me in East Dallas.

Kyle and his team cannot be beat. They are punctual, on schedule, communicative, and thorough. They worked on my existing driveway gate at my old home and built us a new one at our new home. They finished the project in 2 days and were quick to complete the punch list. Kyle is always so quick to respond to any questions and get out for repairs. We’re so glad we have them!

Kyle and his team are nothing short of fantastic. From the jump, you can tell this isn't their first rodeo. They listen to what you need and want, assess what's going to work the best for you and they get it done in a timely fashion. We have three dogs, who needed to be wrangled in to our front area. Not only did they get the whole job done in a day, but they improved upon what we had even discussed. They even spruced up our already exiting gate. We love these guys!

Cowboy Fence and Iron Co. cannot be beaten for quality and customer service. I had an urgent and unique need for metal fencing and a driveway gate. The timeline was very short, and Kyle and his entire team came through without fail. What's even more impressive is their outstanding customer service! After the job was complete and everything had been paid, I had two separate situations, (my fault), where I needed their assistance with a problem. The response time was practically immediate, and both issues were resolved without charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Cowboy Fence and Iron Co. for your fencing needs.

Cowboy Fence and Iron are phenomenal! They were easy to deal with, fair, and did a fantastic job. We had to have a big portion of fence temporarily removed in order to get big, new trees (and the equipment) in. They came and removed it, and then returned after and reinstalled. Looks perfect! Don and I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Cowboy Fence. Ours was a huge project, and every aspect was handled in a completely professional, thorough, and responsive manner. In fact, Cowboy Fence was so easy and great to work with, I keep asking myself if I dreamt that we finished! But we did as we now have the MOST gorgeous, extremely well-built new fencing and gates. Top quality —all the way around.

Cowboy Gate installed a new gate opener on our electric sliding fence at the entrance to the alley of our house. They were a cheaper bid than others, but they came recommended by neighbors. It turned into a multi-month fiasco. We need to use solar power for our electric gate, which works fine and has in the past. Cowboy installed the new gate opener, but then it continually had issues with power and throwing codes for not having enough. Cowboy blamed our tree, even after we had it needlessly cut back at their recommendation. Cowboy charged us $150 to install the exact same inappropriate batteries, claiming the batteries were bad. With the help of a better gate company, we learned that Cowboy had installed batteries that were too low in capacity and were not appropriate. Once the other gate company installed the correct batteries, the opener has worked great with no problems since. Although Cowboy indicated they would send someone to look, they did not volunteer whether they would replace the batteries with the correct ones for free. By that point, we’d had enough of Cowboy and did not trust them. We had the new gate company install the correct batteries, and the gate works great now. Bottom line, Cowboy underbid and underdelivered.
