On 10/14/25 I went to have my computer repaired, and left it with Jeremy. On 10/15/25 I picked up my computer and paid for the service, without checking or opening up the computer, because my spouse and I did business with him before, and I trusted him. Once I got home and opened up the computer, damage was done to the computer. My computer had been dropped. This was brought to Jeremy's attention , but he denied that none of his techs had dropped my computer. He refuse to compensate me for the payment of the damage caused to the computer. Bad experience. I have a iPhone 15pro max. Took it up there to replace a cracked screen and got my phone back with a really crappy after market screen (didn’t get the option to receive a Apple screen or aftermarket), took it back and paid extra (hundreds of dollars extra) to get the Apple product in which is was promised 3 days and it ended up taking nearly a week and a half. The guy said he would put a screen protector on for free because of the wait which he did. The screen protector 100% failed because he put the craziest one on in which he stated just now on the phone. My phone fell MAYBE 2ft from my hand to a PLASTIC baby boat toy which...Bad experience. I have a iPhone 15pro max. EDIT TO ADD: The repair is under my husbands name initials CF and he has already reached out and they advised they would do nothing. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE! You shouldn’t have to ask for an Apple product to be put on a device when that’s what they take off to begin with.

Do not go here i went for a software glitch, the man brought my phone back in recovery mode made my phone worse than it was. Said i would receive a refund within 7-10 days it’s been 3 weeks they have blocked my phone number and will not return any calls regarding my refund. 0 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

Level of customer service is trash. Came in there Friday morning asking him to diagnose the laptop. He told me give me couple hours and I will give you a call back with the results and I left. Guess what??? No call all day. Went by the next day guess what??? Even though the hours say they opened they are not. At this point Im given him the benefit of the doubt..maybe there was an emergency. Came back Monday morning 10:22....guess what? Not opened....Roll back around 2 hrs later they are open but he can't find me in the system then he goes to the back and apparently finds my laptop and try to run a diagnostic real fast. Came back the next day, girl still can't find me in the computer...ask the guy and he finally said it's the battery if you want me to order it it will be a couple of days $129....NO THANK YOU. With service like this I would have it back in a month. If you are booked and busy JUST SAY THAT. Don't make false promises you can't keep. Communication skills trash
UPDATE: Battery prices range from $10-$40. Purchase a quality hp battery and guess what...computer doing the same thing. So I paid $60 for the wrong diagnostic.
