We had an EXCELLENT experience with Couto Construction resolving our roofing issue. We had to have an old skylight removed. Andy Gregoire, our sales rep, was friendly, professional, reliable, and extremely communicative. He stayed in constant contact with updates and check-ins throughout the entire job, which gave us so much peace of mind.
The speed was extremely impressive - we first met Andy on a Thursday, and our roof was fixed just TWO DAYS later.
The crew, Rodrigo and Clauninei are amazing. They are incredibly kind, hardworking and attentive to all of our questions and requests.
