Our gate opener stopped working a week before Christmas. Justin came out with another employee and got one side working before they could get parts to fix the system. The other side also jammed on Dec 23rd. Justin came back on Christmas Eve and replaced the entire system and got everything working before we had a lot of guest arriving for our Christmas party on the 25th. These guys installed our gate and gate opener originally 10 years ago and did an amazing also back then. We've had them service our gate throughout the years. They do great work, and this time, when we were in a jam (literally), they came through as always. If you need a driveway gate, gate opener, or anything else that Cornerstone Fencing provides, I would highly recommend them. The staff are great, the prices are reasonable, and they do amazing work.

Cornerstone was excellent across the board. The entire team was responsive in communication and great to work with. We did a custom design driveway entry gate and, to better accommodate the driveway slope, had to make a significant design change along the way. The design team provided good guidance and feedback and produced excellent prototype drawings. The installation team was first rate with excellent communication, and getting the details right was clearly important to them. Pricing was reasonable for a high quality end product. I would highly recommend Cornerstone for any driveway gate project.

The gate uses the MyQ Wi-Fi app available in the apple App Store or the Google Play store and is a simple program to use. I was already familiar with it because it's the same app that controls my garage door opener. I also rent space to park RVs, and this app tracks who enters, the time and date they enter, the duration of their stay and verification that all is locked up properly on exit. If you don't pay your rent, the code gets changed. Cornerstone gives a 10-year warranty on mechanical components and a lifetime limited warranty on the structural integrity. While this is an expensive improvement, if you're on the fence about it like I was ( pun intended) just consider the values and benefits that an electronic gate will add to your life. This new gate allows me to exit and enter my driveway quickly and safely. With a push of a button, I open the gate and I'm on the road in 20 seconds. Likewise it's the same for my return. I push the operator button when I'm a block away from my house and the gate is wide open when I hit the driveway. I can be anywhere in the world with a Wi-Fi connection and open the gate for a Landscaper etc., while the code stays private. Treat yourself right and have Cornerstone Fencing make your life easier.
