Our air conditioner had a leak in the coil and wasn't keeping up with the mid summer head. Another company quoted really high to diagnose and fix it (6 year old equipment) & were really set on upselling us a new furnace and ac unit that we didn't need. Corcoran came over quickly, diagnosed the leak, located it, and had it back up and running within a few hours. Thanks Tom & crew!
These guys don’t know how to drive, I will make a BBB report to this guy driving it recklessly, cutting my way and causing an accident. I don’t think these guys do their work properly either if they can’t drive a van properly. More than that, he aggressively threatened me on his window and saying that he will do something to me is nonsense and BEWARE CUSTOMERS who you are admitting to your home when calling these guys. They are not stable emotionally.
Its great to find a Family owned company that offers such great service from the first call to the maintenance appointments! John has offered me valuable advice which has kept my furnace running smoothly for years. Every HVAC technician they sent has been friendly and professional. Here is how they operate - I called them to get the furnace checked. They asked me that the cost would be $89 for the check-up and if I would like to go ahead with the repair, that would absorbed in the repair cost. So, they came to inspect right on time (that’s the good part). After they inspected, they told be that the repair would cost me somewhere between $800-1000. Since, it would have made sense to get the furnace replace rather than pay that high amount, I tried to decline the repair. They mentioned, if I decline, I would need to pay them $240 for the check-up!!! WHY? Because they said the diagnosis took them more time than they though... Here is how they operate - I called them to get the furnace checked. Also, they told me to make the decision within few minutes because the check-up cost would go up every 15 minutes. I had NO option left but to go ahead with the repair service rather than take some time to evaluate the option. Never again!!
I did some research, made some phone calls, and finally settled on Corcoran to inspect my AC unit at my home. I spoke with two separate people on the phone and both were very nice. Paul was the technician who came to my house. He was on time, polite, patient, thorough, and explained everything to me. I was very happy with the service I received and I will use them again in the future if needed.
