Was staying with friends and dropped my device on trail. I broke my screen on my iPhone 15 Pro and repaired it the same day. Chris was more than accommodating and was able to replace the faulty speaker mic as well which a preexisting issue! If I could give 10 stars I would! Chris was an amazing helping hand with my phone! He got me in for an appointment in less than a day. He was extremely great with communication and updates regarding timelines. He had my phone fixed in under 40 minutes, and was extremely helpful with demonstrating and showing the issues.

After the wind storm the week before Christmas, my computer decided it was going to not power on for me. I didn't realize until I got home after Christmas that something was wrong. I reached out to CopperTech Repair after doing some simple tests. Chris got back to me quickly and was even able to pick it up from my house for additional fee, which was great since I have to rely on public transit. Throughout the process, he provided me with updates and the fixes he was doing. He has been extremely patient, especially since I know next to nothing about computers other than how to turn them on and connect them to a monitor. When my computer star...
