The service was efficient. Mrs. Cooper was extremely pleasant and offered extra services that were priced ok for me to get the services done. Overall, it was a great experience to get my computer fixed.
Cooper systems took my 18 year old Dell hard drive that had been stored under harsh conditions. They were able to recover my home videos of my children and were able to do so in just a few days. Very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend!
Greg, Lauren, & Mike were awesome for my service from start to finish! I thought my Microsoft Surface needed to be replaced. They had it repaired at a fraction of the replacement price in a couple of days. You will not be disappointed with their service!
These guys are fantastic! They came to my house to assess the issue, then took my computer back to their shop and were able to fix it beautifully. They were able to source parts that matched my machine (all white and rgb) and then brought it back to me and set it up. Fantastic service!
