James was my technician, and he was polite, courteous, professional, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. Cooper Plumbing was quick to respond when our water heater burst on a Saturday and the plumber, Shawn, was wonderful!!! He was informative, courteous and hard working. I’d use them again in the future.

James came out to provide an estimate and was able to install our new sink same day. It was a challenging job due to limited space and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly. Amazing service and we are thrilled with our new sink.

All good except the price too high

Shawn did a terrific job checking out our water heater and explaining our options to deal with an aging system. We’ve used Cooper a couple times before and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. More to come since we will be replacing our system over the coming weeks. Update on earlier review. Shawn installed the new water heater. Everything went smoothly and he did a fine job. Again, as before, he clearly explained what he was doing, and handled the whole process in a professional manner. Easy to communicate with and very personable.
