I had some wiring come loose in a pedal of mine, and called to see if they did pedal work. I was told they didn’t but if it was just wiring to come on in. They were able to fix my issue in no time and didn’t even charge for the service. They were very kind and helpful, will for sure be recommending to my friends and will be returning soon!
Wes thoroughly fixed my Roland keyboard which had been damaged by a fall. He got it finished quickly and at a good price. I will take any of my instruments needing work to Cook Repairs from now on.
I had my classical guitar sent in to adjust the intonation and action. Jack was very communicative from beginning to end. He was honest and let me know he couldn't completely do the intonation accurately unless he were to completely reset the neck. He made it clear what he could do to get it as close as possible and his price he quoted verbally matched what was paid in the end. When I picked up my guitar I wasn't expecting it to play as great as it did. The intonation was greatley improved and the playability increased as well.
