Aloha, I am a property manager and use control freaks for various high end properties. The decision is based on who the owners have used in the past and I typically continue with their vendors . Bo is typically who I speak to on the phone. He is great to deal with and gets my requests submitted and on the schedule. I have had Slade as a technician at several of my appointments and he is top notch! Slade is very good at reviewing the entire system and explaining what’s going on and completing the repairs. Very unprofessional company. Signed a $11,000 quote paid a deposit never heard from them for three weeks. Finally had to contact them over and over to get on a schedule. Then last minute they wanted me to sign more paperwork never sent me anything via email told me they were gonna come and install half a system showed up didn’t do the installation because they wanted me on site but never told me they wanted me on site. Ask for a full refund nobody gets back to you still hasn’t refunded anything. Plenty of other companies out there do not recommend this company at all

I had a great experience with Control Freaks. Kyle offered an elegant solution to lighting my living room that looks fantastic. He was also helpful in choosing and installing a new ceiling fan in the same room. John and Sean who did the install were great and the work was done in less time than expected.
