I've hired Construction Speciaties for two jobs on my home: a complete bathroom remodel and siding replacement and painting. They approach each job with careful care and make sure that the customer is getting what they want. If unexpected issues are discovered, they are informative, offer options for the best solutions, and fix the issues quickly, even if it requires a subcontractor. They work hard and pay attention to the smallest details.
I have worked with construction now on two separate projects at our home in Lawrence. They are a first class company with well trained employees who are courteous and have wonderful communication skills about the projects and time tables. Also, projects are done on the time table they told us to anticipate and any delay was fully explained and why. They have added incredible value to our home as it looks like a brand new home after they completed their work. On February 3rd, I was in the city of Lawrence after recently purchasing four properties in the area. I was in need of a reliable team to handle repair work and, based on recommendations, I contacted this company. What happened next was shocking. The moment I arrived at their office, an employee opened the door and, in a blatantly dismissive and discriminatory tone, said, “We are not interested” — without asking a single question about the project, without offering a greeting, and without showing even the most basic level of professionalism or courtesy.
