Connor installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system during my remodel in 2019. I cant' say enough good things about them and have absolutely no complaints.
Jared was super patient with my million questions and more design changes than I can count. He even came to my house multiple times to talk about options.
Everyone was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, were extremely polite, careful and helpful in showing me how to use it.
And best of all, they even impressed my super-picky contractor!

Jarred at Connor Air stood out from the rest; he was on time for the in-home consult, professional and polite to me and my wife (not all the reps we spoke with were), took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and observed all COVID protocols. He provided a clearly detailed quote before the end of the day and even followed up a few days later on some details that we both had questions about from the manufacturer.

John and Tim, who installed the unit, were both fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, asked smart questions which ensured a smooth installation, and didn't mind me peeking over their shoulders from time to time. They finished early and left our space as clean as when they arrived.
We are extremely pleased - not only with the unit and its performance - but with the entire experience. Highest recommendations for the folks at Connor Air Conditioning!

Connor Air was the best AC company among all the different estimates we got. We chose them out of 5-6 estimates because Jared and his staff are just the nicest people to work with. Very helpful in designing a system that worked best for our home. Jared designed us a beautiful heat pump system. Thanks Connor Air.
