This lovely man was so helpful!! Only place I was able to call in the area that is apple authorized and was able to give me a direct price! Highly recommended considering them with your electronic needs!!
This place despite being recommended is a joke . After 2 phone calls we decided to replace a battery on an iPhone that had never been used . I was told if I had it there within 2 hours paid $149.00 up front I would be ready in 3 hours . My son took the phone in immediately , and came back saying they took 50 dollars and said they had to run diagnostics . I called again and Reiterated what we had agreed to by phone . I was told the diagnostics were included . And the price would come off the battery replacement fee . I explained I just want the battery replaced the phone has never been out of the box . They said the diagnostic test showed it needed a board that isn’t made anymore. I said I just want a new battery . They told me that wouldn’t work , I still don’t believe them . They ended up returning the phone . Keeping 50 bucks and taking 5 days . I really just wanted a new battery !
I can’t say enough great things about this place! The quality of service went far beyond my expectations. Initially, I thought Best Buy and Geek Squad were my only options for repairing my iPhone. However, after Best Buy canceled my scheduled appointment and referred me to Connecting Point, I quickly realized I was in much better hands. The team at Connecting Point answered all my questions, taught me more about my iPhone than I ever knew, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. The young gentleman at the counter helped diagnose my iPhone and determine what it would take and the cost to repair He was also very patient and helpful in deciding if I needed a hard shell case for my sons new MacBook Pro because I was nervous about it breaking. His advice saved me money and worry!
