I ran into some problems when building my new PC, gave this shop a call and before even mentioning dollars they were giving me tips and troubleshooting the problem. They estimated 1-2 business days to take a look, and charged a reasonable bench fee. I got a call the same day with an update and test results, as well as a new plan and timeline to solve the problem. Right on time they called with the solution, saving me the headache and many hours of product support. I implemented the solution they gave me on my own and I'm up and running and all smiles. This shop is trustworthy, experienced and efficient. Thanks so much guys!
