Very bad experience. I paid a deposit to repair my laptop, and he promised it would be ready soon. It’s been over two months, and the laptop is still not fixed. Every time I contacted him, he gave me excuses and kept delaying. Now he doesn’t answer my calls or messages, and I never got my money back. I do not recommend this place at all — very unprofessional and dishonest behavior.
Sebastian was very prompt, explained the details of the repair we needed thoroughly going through the pros and cons, and got the work completed exactly in the predicted time. All great stuff, very professional, would use his services again.

Sebastian was great. He explained everything in detail about upgrading my desktop and laptop computers. Very helpful and informative. Did an excellent job on installing new hard drives on both of my computers.
