I took my external hard drive to Computer Solutions, as it had failed. Brandon was very conscientious about protecting my data before working on the drive. As it turned out, I was able to recover my data from another source and their repair services were not required. I was delightfully surprised that they didn't even charge me a diagnosis fee. I would definitely recommend them.
Very satisfied with their fast service & reasonable prices. I had an external drive that failed and they were able to retrieve all of the data. Very friendly office staff too. I highly recommend.
You can stop looking elsewhere. Take your computer to these folks. When my monitor failed, they put it on their workbench to fix it and broke it further. IT COST THEM MORE TO REPAIR IT THAN THEY CHARGED ME! Few businesses practice that level of ethics. Recently, during the pandemic, though closed, Brandon confirmed via phone, a bad power suppjy. I ordered a replacement. Perfect solution. I payed $49 bucks plus shipping to fix my desktop computer. To Robert and Brandon, Thank you very much. Much love for you guys and your business.
