Came in to get a diagnosis and estimate for repair, the guy was super cool and was able to narrow down the issue fast. Didn’t have to pay anything and was able to go home and solve it myself 👍

So basically my wife botched computer surgery. It died on the operating table. We brought it to computer shack and they fixed it up no problem. They gave me updates, asked before ordering replacement parts, and were transparent with all charges. It’s a fantastic small business! With that in mind, don’t get impatient with repair times, their shack was full of other customer computers. Very busy. The wait was worth it. My computer is clean, it’s quiet, and most importantly it works now! I’ve already recommended them to others
