After retiring I no longer had access to IT support. Shortly after retiring I entered into a maintenance agreement with Computer Resolution. This agreement covers a monthly scan that has kept my network virus free. The scan is done remotely so it is very convenient. In addition to the maintenance agreement Computer Resolution has been a source of support for miscellaneous computer issues for excel and word problems that arise.
