I am late to the party as I work a lot. I am going to be honest as I work with people's lives day in and out. I was trying to do my Bios update on my $5000 gaming PC. It went sideways fast. I found Frank's company through my google search. I was a bit skeptical as he only had 36 reviews, however, he was local and the ratings were good. I probably found myself in the worst situation possible currently in that my long term PC stopped working. With the tough spot the market is in right now I was extremely worried on how I was going to handle the situation. I found Franks shop and took it to him in hopes that he would be able to diagnose and help with the issue. I dropped off my computer and let him know the situation. Within 24 hours he had gotten back to me and let me know that my graphics card was done. He was able to work with me and give options across multiple price points on what we could do. I brought my desktop to Frank (the owner) after it stopped turning on, and he provided excellent service from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, treated my desktop with great care, and even cleaned it thoroughly since it was very dusty. Frank was able to get my system back to me quickly, and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend him—very professional and personable!

I cracked the hinge of my laptop over Christmas and was in straight panic mode. As a business owner, being without my laptop is not an option. I found Frank on Google and he helped me right away. I explained to him the issue, also explained I couldn’t be without my laptop, he asked me to send him pictures of the problem and with that he was able to order the parts that were needed and would be delivered the next day. I was able to drop my laptop off and pick it up within a few hours. He kept great communication with me and did an amazing job. Price was also very reasonable. Thank you so much frank! I highly recommend Frank for computer repairs. He saved me from having to buy a new laptop. From the 1st phone call to pick up, he was professional, honest and his pricing is more than fair. In the event I need any computer repairs in the future he will be my only call.
