The staff at Computer Repair and Services in New Richmond, WI were very professional and helpful. They offer a wide variety of services for internet users, and also offer in-home set-ups, and repairs. They are exactly what I am looking for in technical assistance that is professional, prompt and courteous.
I've never been disappointed: always quick service with a smile. They even personally visited me once with needed assistance on my on-line teaching. No more travelling miles to a place where "Wait" is clearly not a foreign word.
Needed a new tower with Windows 11, and found one here in New Richmond. They transferred my old information to the new tower, and worked with me, until all of the bugs were worked out. Great!
Top notch people. After getting scammed twice in Brainerd MN, and one guy whose shop in Brainerd that looked like a hoarders den I decided i needed to go to the cities. I picked this place and it was a good choice. When I went to Geek2Go in Pequot Lakes, they had my computer 4 weeks, didn't do the job, refused to refund me for paying up front I was in a tough space. This place got the job done in a couple days, did cable management for free and stress tested my repair. I can't tell you what a night and day difference it is coming to a shop that is competent and good. From now on I will drive the 2 1/2 hours to come here for my needs. Absolute... Top notch people.
