John went way above and beyond to help me. Makes me want to cry when I talk about how he was so willing to fix my problem. It was so helpful and so needed and I would recommend him to anyone. He’s a very honorable man.

John not only fixed what was broken on my old printer, but cleaned it and fixed other problems I had just been putting up with! Highly recommended.
I found Computer Printer Repair online recently for a printer issue I was having with the pick up of the paper. Since they were already familiar with my model of HP, it made the diagnosis easy and painless. The rate was affordable and honest. The part came in a week, he came to fix it, and it's been performing great since. I would highly recommend Computer Printer Repair to anyone. :)
Five Stars with out a doubt. After giving me a quick diagnosis based on my description of what is wrong with my printer over the phone Mr. Newman suggested the best and cost effective option was to get a newer printer, rather than taking advantage of a possibly unfixable problem. I will definitely be calling CPR for another issues I have.
