I CANNOT emphasize enough how wonderful this business is! They wanted $42 for the diagnostic alone. When I questioned why they charged when others do it for free, I got some very snippy and unprofessional responses. The man I talked to has some serious ego issues.

This is my 3rd review In my 50 years but for some reason, this place made me feel like they deserved one. I just called to see if they could work on my, not really a computer and the gentleman was very honest with me. Not what I wanted to hear but honest. He could have taken my tablet and charged a lot of labor only to not recover anything. Thank you for your honesty to whenever I spoke with over the phone. I’ll definitely use them in the future but I hope I won’t ever need them.
