When I heard whirring sounds, I brought my laptop for quick diagnostic to make sure something wasn't going to crash. After short diagnostic by Jeff and Rick both reassured me that I was being a nervous-Nellie. Really valuable to have trusted go-to guys. --------Feb & Mar 2019-------- We had a problem with compatibility of upgrade parts for my laptop. When I took it to Rick, he immediately explained the confusion in the market with competing standards. He fished around until he ordered compatible connectors and successfully upgraded my machine. Great service! My son bought a new motherboard and CPU to update a gaming system he had built 3 years ago. We got everything installed but couldn't get his existing graphics card to work. We brought the system to Rick and he got everything working again, fixed our mistakes, sorted out all the cable management and installed a new CPU cooler that my son had purchased. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend him!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I needed assistance with a custom gaming pc for my son in which the parts were complex and unique. I ended up needing an additional wire and computer Mekanixs had the part over nighted for a speedy repair. Today being New Year’s Eve, I knew the shop was closing early and because of some missing parts, I knew I’d have to wait a bit longer for the pc…so I thought….nope! They surprised us and stayed late to finish the job making my 14 year old an extremely happy kid!! Can’t thank them enough!!!
