Computer Junkies is no bench fee to look at laptops and desktops for diagnosis. Apple products and gaming PCs require a minimum bench fee of $45, which is applied toward any repair labor.

Computer Junkies For desktops, mouse, keyboard, and power cord are not needed. For all-in-one PCs, bring the power cord. For laptops, bring the power cord and the business will determine if anything else is needed.

They told me that my computer was fixed charged me to pick it up. It didn’t work I called them they told me to bring it back I did . The person called told me they were sorry they couldn’t fix it I could have a refund and they would transfer the data for me as a courtesy. Needless to say they encouraged my purchase of a new computer and then charged me for the data transfer. Wasted my time with the back and forth and took my money. Thanks for the failure ,wasted time and false promises. I haven’t had time to turn on the new computer yet. Please pray for me.

The team at Computer Junkies saved the day again! My wife's laptop battery was running out, and it would not take a charge. She needed it for an important video conference. She took it in on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning it was done! They'd tracked down a few intersecting issues and addressed them all. The cherry on top? Cost less than a lot of places charge for a desk fee. These people are great!
