This place is a scammer. They’re Crooks and thieve. About a month ago I went there to buy an unlocked phone that can be used internationally. They didn’t have the phone I wanted at the store, but the worker named Francisco said that he could place the order online and I would get my phone the next day. Okay, everything was good until I went to pick up my phone the next day and found an older lady at the store that only spoke Spanish. She contacted Francisco over the phone and he told her where my phone was so she handed the phone to me and I realized the phone is not in a original box and I proceeded to open the box and the phone was OLD and...This place is a scammer. Okay, everything was good until I went to pick up my phone the next day and found an older lady at the store that only spoke Spanish. She contacted Francisco over the phone and he told her where my phone was so she handed the phone to me and I realized the phone is not in a original box and I proceeded to open the box and the phone was OLD and all SCRATCHED. I paid for a brand new phone and they were trying to pass me a used phone. I refused to keep the phone and asked to get refunded so Francisco said that in 7 business days I was supposed to receive my money back, but that was all lies, I still didn’t get reimbursed and I tried to call the store to check the status of my refund no one answered the phone, but I received a text message instead telling me that the reason they’re not answering the phone is because he’s driving. Wow he’s “DRIVING” but he was able to text me this long message telling me to go to my bank and make a claim and my bank will dispute the claim with the company that processes the payment. This is a very spotty business. I recommend no one to do business with this place if you don’t want to go through what I’m going through right now to get my money back. I better get my money back or I’m getting authorities involved as well.

Crooks and thieves.
Very spotty business. You call and they wont answer until a message is left then they call back. First red flag. Second was when the person whom was dropping off accidentally said a problem they thought it was and the person ran with that as well as the original problem. Second red flag was when the call and demener of the owner. I brought a ps5 in for repair of of a simple part amd end up being told it would be over 200 to fix and paid and when I received it back the I tial problem was stil there and it had added issues put onto it. There is a possibility this person was confused as there English was very spotty and altho...Crooks and thieves.

All I know is a kid was very disappointed as 4 days later the ps5 crapped the bed from.the 200 dollar part, the brand new part I got supposedly had a warranty of which guy said was valid only 5 days and it was the 7th day. I called to see of could repaid but was told be a couple hundred more. Maybe this person say they can repair electronics bit imo they can only do plug and play things. I wish they were an honest company with integrity because I could have given them lots of other types of computer work as I work on Navy base and repairs always need. I would type more and sorry if anything is misspelled, this for is cutoff on my screen so typing at will. Good luck and hope your things get repaired to those who read.
Update horrible horrible company and the new item failed. The owner is by far the worst.
