Amazing service i called to get a quote the guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and gave me advice for what I should do with my device, the price to fix my device, and how to go about either fixing it or checking for a used on so i wouldn't waste my money. They are there to help not to profit.
Excellent, professional service. My computer crashed and I brought it to the store around two in the afternoon. By 11 o’clock to follow in morning they called me and computer was fixed. Very reasonable price and very professional. I since have used them twice. Highly recommended.
We had a great experience with the folks at Computer Doctor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and affordable. Had a laptop that needed the DC charging port resoldered. Another computer repair business in the area had my laptop for a week telling me they hoped to get to it tomorrow. Well, tomorrow never came. Needed the laptop fixed quickly for online college classes. So, I called Computer Doctor last minute on Friday, dropped it off Friday evening, and got it back Monday afternoon. It's nice to feel valued as a customer. Will definitely recommend Computer Doctor to others and use them again in the future.
