I came in for an iPhone screen replacement, they were super friendly and had it fixed within 15 minutes. They also offered several generous discounts! I will definitely be back next time I have electronics issues.
Outstanding printer diagnosis and replacement! My mother's Deskjet had a sudden head failure. The owner saw us immediately, made a well-reasoned diagnosis and implemented a solution in no time. We were in and out in 2 hours at a most competitive price point. A failure on Friday night was solved by Saturday afternoon, in time for a critical business meeting and sprint to the airport.

It is good to work with a small business in the Bangor area instead of the big box stores. I have a new to me refurbished laptop that is working great. The total process of checking my old laptop, retrieving my data files and setting up my new laptop went very smooth from start to finish. My first time using Computer Doctor for my grandson's laptop. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Greatly appreciated them explaining the problems with the laptop to me so that I understand it as I am not that great with technology myself. They immediately gave me a price point of what it would cost me and kept me updated throughout the time it took to fix it. They do offer for a fee a nice service to get your laptop looked at right away if you need that.
