Had an issue with 2 computers where after enabling secure boot the screen turned black and had no picture. Called computer detectives and told them my problem and they told me they could take care of it. I brought both computers and they were able to resolve my issue within an hour! Amazing service and great turnaround. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my high end gaming pc and he had it figured out and back to me within a few hours of me dropping it off. It was also on a Sunday which is super convenient and awesome! I would recommend him for any computer problems!!
Bob was so nice and so friendly he helped me out so much to get my iPad unlocked. I accidentally forgot my password and I didn’t know how to factory reset it. I gave him a call. He told me to bring it right over. Took two days to fix it. Will recommend go back to him.
Bob is AMAZING! I went to him with a problem with my PC getting no display. After exhausting all of my personal knowledge, I figured the only problem it could be was my motherboard, which I was too afraid to replace on my own. He replaced it for me with the new motherboard I bought, and did beautiful cable management. Also went out of his way to fix the fans that I had put backwards on my CPU liquid cooler (oops lol.) Amazing customer service. Very personable, easy to get ahold of on the phone or email, and friendly! Bob is also very very fair and reasonable with his prices.
