I have never used a computer repair company before. This was for my personal laptop. I brought it in, Jerry provided me with immediate attention, opened my laptop and started diagnosis of my issues. within ten minutes, he had figured it out and provided me a quote for repairs. Additionally, my laptop specifications has paused him to consider whether the laptop was worth the price of repair. We discussed in great depth and I decided to move forward with the repair. The repair was completed within two business days as I did not need it immediately. I am very happy with the service and will use them again. Thanks

Jerry at Computer Crew is the best in the business!! I went in with a very sick desktop and like a good doctor, he spent a good deal of time diagnosing the issues with candor and straight talk. Didn't even charge me for his time because in his words, "I didn't fix anything." Well, yes you did!!! I knew 100% more than when I got there!! Will do business here again!! Thanks Jerry!
