After having a really bad experience at the Ohio Street Location, I went to speak with Austin at the Main street location. He was not in, but Ryan was extremely helpful and professional in getting my problem fixed. Ryan, Nate and Jacky, keep up the great work. Very professional, never dodged. . . friendly and competent service - all a customer asks for. People say for every bad experience, a customer tells 10 people but we're not as quick to point out good service. A testimonial that the good service I received from 3 employees set right the actions of just one. Again, Thank you Ryan, Nate, and Jacky for your professionalism and helpfulness....
