Computer Clinic is my go to place for all of my computer needs. Janice is friendly and knowledgeable. She patiently takes time to explain things that I don’t understand while making sure I get the product/services that works best for my needs. I will continue to support this local business in the future.
It's a great place. My laptop was locked and hacked by someone claiming to be from Microsoft. Nope, that dog won't hunt! Took it in around 11 am and by 2:30 it was ready. Virus and mallard removed, works perfectly. Reasonable charge to repair too!
I don't do reviews very often and I have waited a year to review to make certain my computer was operating correctly. A year ago I bought in for servicing a Dell XPS that I purchased in 2018 from a local box store. It never ran correctly. After many times sending it back under warranty to Texas it never ran well. My local computer guy went out of business and I really had no idea where to bring it to so I took a chance and brought it to the Computer Clinic. They were very quick to diagnose the problem, and to find out Dell never fixed it correctly. Computer Clinic fixed the problem and did other things to the system for a extremely fair price... 7 yr old Dell Inspiron desktop . . . still on Windows 10. I did not have enough $ for a new PC. Went from 8 GB RAM installed to 32 GB RAM, and now it no longer freezes up with multiple browsers open and boots up a lot faster. I'm thrilled. Janice is professional, personable and very competent. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
