I wouldn't ever trust them with your computer, especially not this shop which claims to have microsoldering capabilities (which they didn't attempt to do, exaggerating the problem of my laptop). They literally burnt the inside of my gaming laptop, which made the problem worse of a popped capacitor. Which is only cents to replace. If you're looking for any advanced repair, don't bother with these people. This what they did to it.
I am 80 years old and know nothing about computers. Our computer stopped working and these guys fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Luke and Kevin we’re patient didn’t rush me and we’re friendly. I was so happy with their help. From now on if I have a computer problem or any of my friends have a computer problem these are the guys I will recommend. Thank you for your excellent service..
This is the best repair shop in LA! Just before this Thanksgiving, my MacBook Pro 2021 version broke down. There was no other firm/store which would offer any help, and I was told to buy a new one instead. Computer City Repairs were a saving grace: they took in my laptop, offered me a replacement MacBook Air to rent while they completed the repair. They used authentic Apple parts to do it, and at the best quote I got all over the city (I contacted close to 10+ establishments). They communicate the problem clearly, offer you different solutions, update you to make sure you're in the loop, and are fully honest with their work while setting real... i accidentally formatted my external hard drive and i lot all my childhood photos and videos. i asked a friend for a recommendation for data recovery company, and they recommended me computer city repairs in Westwood Blvd. i took my drive to them, and they were very professional and polite. They recovery all my information and they also copied my information into external drive. extremely happy with their services.
I cracked my macbook air screen and i needed my screen to be replace the same day. I took my computer there in the morning and by the afternoon they were able to fix my laptop. The price was cheaper than apple store and they installed orgininal screen.
